If you are making a donation in memory of someone, please let us know the name of the person your gift is in memory of. You can do this by including the name in the notes section, located under the section titled “write a note” located under the check box asking if you would like your gift to be a monthly donation.
If you would like acknowledgement of you gift to be sent to the family, please also include their name and address in the notes section.
